Where are A&B products made?
A&B skincare products bring together the French pharmacology knowledge with the effectiveness of the beehive ingredients. Our products are manufactured in our French laboratory, located in the beautiful Brittany, and, while the quest for botanical extracts sometimes leads us to use plants from different countries, our honey comes from the same French apiary which provides a renowned hospital center.
Are A&B Products tested for Skin Tolerance?
Each product is subject to a rigorous development charter, attesting to its quality and undergoes a test protocol demonstrating its tolerance and safety under control of our laboratory.
At what age should I start using an anti-ageing cream?
Considering that starting at the age of 20, skin begins its aging process, it is important to moisturize and take care of your skin with natural products in order to delay the effects of aging. You can therefore use an anti-aging product as soon as the need arises. It is the quality of the skin, its elasticity, its level of drought, which triggers this need.
Can men use A&B products?
Yes, both our Crème Ruchissime and Serum are recommended for men with dry skin.
I don’t have wrinkles. Can my skin still benefit from A&B products?
Initially designed for mature skin requiring immediate comfort and anti-wrinkle effectiveness, A&B products are designed for any skin that is thirsty, suffers aggression, or simply needs more softness. Thanks to the beeswax, texture is ultra-supple and enveloping without being greasy. It allows a good makeup. Our formulas are equipped with repairing thyme honey and are full of rich botanical substances.

Are A&B products made with natural ingredients?
A&B treatments are a combination of botanical active ingredients and hive ingredients. In the flowers, tree extracts, vegetable oils and butters lies the core of our formulas. Thyme honey and beeswax are then added to these assets of nature.
What makes A&B thyme honey so powerful?
This fabulous honey has been used in a French well-known hospital for many years, to heal wounds and burns, thanks to the work of Pr. Descottes. Naturally rich in hydrogen peroxide, this unique honey is superior due to the presence of antioxidants, recognized as antibacterial and antiseptic.

Do the products contain preservatives?
Our formulas are good for your skin and beneficial for your health. We only use organic preservatives and we limit the use of endocrine disruptors.
Do you test your products and ingredients on animals?
Our products are not tested on animals. The philosophy of A&B is to preserve the life of the bees.

Where can I change my shipping address?
You can update your order quantity, billing address, shipping address payment method, and more in the orders section in your Account.
How long do refunds take?
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
How do I make a return?
Returning an item is easier than ever! First of all, sign into your account, click the “My Orders” information tab to see your past orders, click “Return Item” next to the item you want to return and provide your return information. Print your shipping label and follow the included instructions to return your item. We will also send you a return confirmation via email that included your return shipping label and return instructions.
