Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped the following Monday. Orders made with Standard Shipping in Europe are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Order made with Express Shipping are delivered within 3 to 4 business days. Orders outside of Europe are delivered around 10 -15 business days (depending on customs clearance). We will always try our best to beat your expectations.

Orders are prepared by the logistics centre located in France. Then they will be handed over to the company responsible for the shipment (depending on the shipping method selected at purchase).

Products ordered shall be delivered to the address stated by the Purchaser on the order form. The Purchaser undertakes to supply a correct address when placing their order.

Therefore, NATURAL COSMETICS PARIS (Abeilles & Botanique) shall not be held liable in the event of excessive delivery delays due to postal services, as well as in the event of loss of Products ordered or strike by postal services. It is specified that the risks of transport are borne by the Buyer.

Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Buyer shall check the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken Product, damaged package, …) must be reported by the Buyer on the receipt that will be presented by the Post Office at the time of delivery of the package and must imperatively be notified to NATURAL COSMETICS PARIS’ customer service by e-mail addressed to contact@abeillesetbotanique.com.

NATURAL COSMETICS PARIS will not be liable in case of loss, sending to a wrong address or delay of delivery of a product, insofar as the risks of transport that the purchaser chooses are based on him.

 

Returns

You have 15 days upon receipt of the product for a full refund minus shipping costs if the product is shipped back unopened and undamaged. Please include your order number for expedited service. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
